STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. mushrooms
1/4 c. butter, butter or oil
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped Mozzarella
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/8 c. parsley

Remove stems and chop finely together with onions. Stir together all ingredients except 1 tablespoon of butter and mushroom caps. Put butter in bottom of baking pan. Fill caps with mixture, place filled side up in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
