CINNAMON-OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/3 c. regular or quick cooking oatmeal
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. raisins

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, oats, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well. Stir in raisins. Drop on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
