OATMEAL RAISIN BARS 
2 c. raisins
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Cook raisins, sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice until heated through. Cool slightly.

Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly. Reserve 2 cups. Press into 9"x13" pan. Spread raisin mixture to within 1/2" of edge. Top with remaining 2 cups crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or light brown.
