LEMON POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 box plain white cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. poppy seeds
1/2 c. oil
1 c. hot water
1 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding

Place all ingredients in a bowl and beat for 4 minutes. Pour 1/2 of batter into a well greased loaf pan. Pour second half into another well greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Top should be brown and should not shake. Makes 2 loaves.
