LEMON POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 lemon cake mix with pudding in the mix
1 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 c. hot water
1 tbsp. poppy seed

Bake in greased and floured bread pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. When done, poke holes in it with fork and pour glaze over bread.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
5 tsp. lemon juice
