LEMON POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 lg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding (small)
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
1/4 c. poppy seed

Beat together. Grease 2 bread pans. Pour dough into pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Test with toothpick, if it comes out clean it is done.
