SUGAR CREAM PIE 
1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
2 c. milk
Dash salt
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie shell
Nutmeg or cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix first four ingredients together and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Stir until blended and pour into pie shell. Sprinkle top with nutmeg or cinnamon and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
