1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine the above. Pour 1 cup boiling water over the above. Add 1 cup Half and Half and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into baked crust about 30 minutes - 1 hour at 350 degrees until cake tester comes out clean.
