SUGAR CREAM PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix well and add 2 cups 2% milk with 1 beaten egg. Mix well and cook over low heat until thick. Remove from heat. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour in cooked pie shell.
