1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 stick butter 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows (colored) 1 c. finely chopped walnuts (optional) Flaked coconut (optional) Add the chocolate chips and butter in a large saucepan and melt over low heat. Then let mixture cool. Add to cooled mixture the package of marshmallows; stir until well coated. Stir in walnuts. Shape into roll, 1 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter, and sprinkle with coconut. Chill and slice. Also can be put in 13 x 9 inch pan and cut into squares. Yield: About 4 dozen. |
