CHURCH WINDOW CANDY | |
12 oz. chocolate chips 1 stick butter 1 c. chopped nuts 1 bag colored mini-marshmallows Coconut Melt chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler over low heat. Add nuts to melted chocolate and set aside; cool to room temperature. Add marshmallows to chocolate. Spread coconut on waxed paper. Pour chocolate mixture on coconut and shape into a log, making sure log is completely covered with coconut. Wrap log in wax paper and refrigerate until completely cooled. |
