POTATO CHIP CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast halves
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 to 2 c. crushed potato chips

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil. Dip each chicken breast half into the butter and then coat with the crushed potato chips.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.

This would also be good made with barbecue-flavored potato chips or sour cream and onion potato chips.
