BAR - B - CUED SHRIMP KABOBS 
3 to 4 lbs. large shrimp
Olive oil
Scallions
Good Seasons Italian dressing
Onion

Make Good Seasons Italian dressing (I use olive oil and white vinegar). Cut scallions (white part) into 1 inch pieces. In glass bowl, pour enough dressing to cover raw peeled shrimp and scallions. Cover and let sit 1/2 hour in refrigerator. Skewer shrimp, onion, shrimp, onion, etc. and place on grill. When orange on one side, flip over and do the same.
