PEANUT BUTTER BON BON 
3/4 oz. (1/3 c. less 1 tsp.) corn flake crumbs, divided
2 tbsp. raisins, finely chopped
3 tbsp. chunky style peanut butter
1/2 tsp. granulated sugar

Measure 1 1/2 teaspoons corn flakes crumbs into a small bowl and set aside.

In another bowl, combine raisins and remaining crumbs, add peanut butter and, using fork, mash until thoroughly combined. Using heaping teaspoons of mixture at a time, form into 1" balls. Yield: 8 balls. Roll each ball in reserved corn flake crumbs, coating all sides. On a plate arrange coated balls in a single layer. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Just before serving, roll each ball in sugar. Makes 2 servings, 4 bon bons each.
