CHICKEN BREAST DIVAN 
1/4 c. butter
4 chicken breasts, boned & split
20 oz. frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Melt butter in large skillet. Sprinkle salt and paprika over chicken, brown. Remove. Place broccoli in greased 12"x8"x2" baking pan and top with chicken. Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice and spread over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and place under broiler 2 to 3 minutes until lightly browned. Makes 4 servings.
