BREADED CHICKEN BREASTS 
8 to 10 (1/2) chicken breasts, remove bones
16 oz. sour cream
4 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Lg. bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1/2 c. butter

Mix sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic together. Crush stuffing mix into fine crumbs. Dip breasts into sour cream mixture, then in crumbs. Dribble butter on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes; turn. Dribble butter on top. Bake 15 more minutes.

I tried this tonight and it was good, but not great. Less lemon juice, maybe only 2 tbsp instead of 4 tbsp. I used sage stuffing and added salt and pepper to the dry mix.

Next time, Im going to add more seasoning, to give it more flavor, all I could taste was lemon juice and sour cream.
