APPLE PIE 
2 (9") pie shells
6 c. peeled & sliced apples
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
4 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. sugar

In a large bowl combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, flour and salt; mix well. Pour into pie shell and dot with butter. Cover with other pie shell and brush top with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
