1 c. butter
1 (8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla

Cut up butter, cream cheese and place in a heavy saucepan. Melt over medium heat. Remove from heat. Sift together sugar and cocoa. Add butter and cheese mixture and vanilla to sugar and cocoa mixture. Stir until mixed well. Spread into 9"x13" buttered pan. Refrigerate until firm.
