CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 lb. broccoli, chopped
3 c. water
2 med. onions
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

WHITE SAUCE:

1 stick butter
5 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Salt

Boil vegetables in water until tender. Do not drain. Make the white sauce and melt cream cheese into the sauce. Combine with the vegetables. Heat through and serve.
