TURKEY TETRAZZINI | |
1 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. butter 1 can mushroom soup 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 tbsp. flour 3 c. chicken or turkey broth 3 c. chopped cooked turkey 1- 2 oz. jar chopped pimentos 1- 8 oz. can mushroom pieces 1 c. slivered almonds 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained salt and pepper to taste Sauté onion, pepper and celery in butter. Keep over heat and add soup, cheese and flour. Stir with a wire whisk until it boils. Add broth. Blend. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in a greased casserole for 30 minutes in a 350°F oven. |
