CROCK OF TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
2 1/2 c. dry noodles
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. can peas, with liquid
1/2 c. white wine (optional)
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (optional)
1 1/2 c. cubes turkey (or chicken)
10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. almonds

Put into crock in the order listed. Cover and cook on high 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
