CHICKEN OR TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 c. chopped chicken or turkey
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 lb. (7 oz.) spaghetti
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese
Sprinkle paprika

Melt butter in skillet on low. Add soups and mushrooms and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat, add sour cream and chicken. Keep warm on stove, stir often. Cook spaghetti, drain and add to above. Grease casserole dish and put mix in. Top with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
