4 c. or more diced turkey
Sliced mushrooms, sauteed
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked 10 min.
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

SAUCE:

8 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. turkey stock or chicken bouillon
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. sherry

(Thicken with egg yolks, if necessary.)
