TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
6-8 oz. egg noodles
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 lb. American cheese, chopped
1/4 c. pimientos
2 c. or more chopped, cooked turkey (can use chicken)

Cook noodles according to directions; drain. Combine soups, cheese, turkey and heat until cheese melts. Add pimiento. Layer noodles and mixture in 13"x9"x2" pan, ending with mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Heat until bubbly.
