FRIED CHICKEN 
14 pieces of legs & thighs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic
2 c. flour
2 c. milk

Put cleaned chicken in milk, mix seasonings in flour then dredge milk-dipped chicken in it. Fry in Crisco oil on high, in large skillet until browned. Lower heat until juices clear and chicken done.
