BREADED BAKED CHICKEN 
2 c. French bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 to 2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper
3 whole chicken breasts, halved & skinned
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, garlic salt, and pepper. Dip chicken in butter; then dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Yield: 6 servings.

Very nice, the butter bath works very well. I did add a few spices to the breadcrumbs, and also added a splash of olive oil to the butter and also some basil and hot paprika, so you can really work this to your personal tastes. Thumbs up!

This was really good. Instead of just Parmesan I did a mix with provolone, Parmesan, and asiago cheeses. I used an Italian breadcrumb mix I got at a local store. I put in only 1 tsp of garlic salt, but added some basil as one of the recipes suggested. It was really good.
