MOCK SUKIYAKI 
1 lb. boneless round steak
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1 med. pepper (1 inch pieces)
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 lg. onion thinly sliced
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed beef broth
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can soy beans
Cooked rice

Freeze meat 1 hour to firm. Slice into very thin strips. In skillet cook meat in 2 tablespoons salad oil until brown. Remove. Cook celery, pepper, and onion until tender; add soy beans, beef broth. Add soy sauce, cornstarch, and meat. Cook, stirring until thickened. Serve over rice.
