MOCK CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. pork sausage 1 large onion 1/2 lb. noodles 1/2 of a green pepper 1 small can of niblet corn 1 can chicken noodle soup or chicken rice soup 1 can mushrooms, drained Cut meat into small pieces, chop onion fine. Fry onion and meat until brown and tender, boil noodles. In a large casserole dish add; meat, onion, green pepper, noodles, corn, salt and pepper to taste. Add soup last with 1 cup of water. Mix together, cover with pats of butter. Cook uncovered 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
