RHUBARB TART 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
5 tsp. powdered sugar
Pinch of salt

Make like pie crust and line 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.

FILLING:

2 eggs, whipped
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. flour
3 c. rhubarb, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 c. blueberries (optional)

Mix first four ingredients together. Add fruit. Pour filling on top of baked crust and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Good with ice cream.
