PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. red and green bell peppers, chopped and seeded
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. hot peppers, chopped and seeded
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo

Mix all ingredients, except the Certo, and bring to a boil in a medium size saucepan. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes and then add the Certo. Cook for 1 minute longer after Certo is added. Pour into jars and seal. Yield is about 6 (1 pint) jars.
