PIE CRUST - DIETITIC 
1 1/3 c. flour
2 tbsp. shortening
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cottage cheese (dry)

Pour cottage cheese through sieve or mash very fine. Cut shortening into dry ingredients, add cottage cheese. Mix lightly with fork until ball of dough is formed. Turn out on lightly floured pastry cloth and roll to fit 8 or 9 inch pie pan. Bake in 400 degree oven 12 to 15 minutes.
