CHICKEN AND RICE 
Chicken cutlets
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sherry or white wine
8 oz. sour cream
Rice (any kind)
Fresh mushrooms or can

Put cutlets in casserole or baking pan. In a separate bowl, mix soup, sour cream and sherry. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Prepare rice as directed on package.
