2 c. dried beans (washed), in a bean-crock pot
5 c. distilled water
5 garlic cloves
2 tbsp. safflower oil
1 tsp. sea salt or kelp
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Cook covered. About 8-10 hours or overnight at 200 degrees.
