CLASSIC TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 env. (approximately 2 oz.) chicken noodle soup mix
2 1/2 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
Dash pepper
1 c. tuna, drained and flakes (7 oz.)
2 c. canned peas, drained
1/4 c. bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In small saucepan, combine soup mix and water, over low heat. Melt butter, blend in flour and pepper. Gradually stir in hot soup and cook until thickened. Add tuna and fold in peas. Turn into a greased 1 1/2 quart oven proof dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 15 minutes until heated through.
