THREE CHEESE TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. macaroni or shells
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 pkg. carrots and peas
1 can tuna fish
1/2 c. onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Prepare macaroni drain. Heat soup, milk and cheeses together; stir until cheeses are melted. Combine macaroni cheese sauce, vegetables, tuna, onions and seasonings. Pour into 2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining onions, bake uncovered 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown. Refrigerate leftovers.
