STEAK ROLLS 
2 c. raw bacon
2 c. raw onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Thin slices of steak

Serve with mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy.

Chop onion and bacon; mix with salt, pepper, and garlic.

Place 2 tablespoons on a slice of steak and roll so contents will not fall out. Hold together with toothpick if necessary.

Roll the "roll" in flour and brown in skillet on 2 sides then cover, add 2 cups water and simmer. This will make its own gravy and the room will be filled with a tasteful aroma.
