STEAK ROLL 
1 round steak (tenderized)
1 box corn bread Stove Top Stuffing
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix dressing as directed plus 1/2 can mushroom soup. Spread dressing on stalk that has been lightly sprinkled with salt, pepper and garlic.

Roll like jelly roll and secure with toothpicks. Place in pan and cover with cream of mushroom soup. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until steak is tender.
