STEAK ROLL-UPS 
1/4 c. butter
1 can Swanson Beef Broth
2 c. packaged herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 1/2 lbs. thinly sliced round steak
2 tbsp. shortening
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. flour

Heat butter and 1/2 cup broth. Mix with stuffing. Cut steak into 6 long pieces. Pound steak. Place 1/3 cup stuffing on top of each piece of steak. Roll up, fasten with toothpicks. Brown in skillet in shortening. Add rest of broth. Cover, simmer one hour. Gradually blend water into flour until smooth. Slowly stir into sauce. Stir until thickened.
