ROUND STEAK ROLL 
1 3/4 to 2 lbs. round steak (trim fat off)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
1 can mushroom soup

Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, using only 1 1/2 cups water. Spread stuffing on round steak. Roll up and fasten with skewers or tie with string. Put in small roaster and spoon undiluted soup over top of roll. Cover roaster tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Slice to serve. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
