PINEAPPLE CHEESE SALAD 
2 cans sliced pineapple (med. cans)
1/2 chunk mild longhorn cheese
1 sm. pkg. pecan pieces

Drain pineapple and save juice. Cut cheese into 1/4" cubes. Mix well (4 tablespoons flour, 6 tablespoons sugar and add 2 eggs). Then add pineapple juice, cook until thick, stirring constantly. Let cool and mix everything all together.
