1 (8 oz.) bar cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 1/4 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 bag Oreo cookies, crushed

Mix cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar set aside. Mix pudding and milk, fold in Cool Whip. Combine the two mixtures. Layer Oreo cookies and pudding mixture in flour pot beginning and ending with cookies. Refrigerate overnight.
