GINGERBREAD MEN | |
1 pkg. Duncan Hines moist deluxe spice cake mix 1/2 c. flour 2 eggs 1/3 c. oil 1/3 c. molasses 2 tsp. ground ginger Raisins, sugar crystals, assorted candies for decorations Combine cake mix, flour, eggs, oil, ginger and molasses; batter will be soft. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll dough on lightly floured surface. Cut with gingerbread man cookie cutter. Place on ungreased baking sheet about 2-3 inches apart. Decorate. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove to cooling rack. |
