CRISPY CRUNCH CHICKEN 
1 fryer, 3 lbs. or more
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic salt
Pepper
Parsley

Cut chicken into serving pieces. Sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper, regular salt to taste and parsley. Brush mayonnaise on both sides. Coat with bread crumbs. Arrange in shallow baking sheet lined with foil. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot or cold.

Note: You may use any chicken parts you prefer.
