GINGER ALE LIME SALAD 
2 boxes lime Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
2 c. boiling water
2 c. ginger ale
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (save 1/2 c. of juice)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Cream lime Jell-O and cream cheese together; add boiling water a little at a time, while blending with a fork or hand mixer. Add ginger ale, pecans, pineapple and marshmallows (melted in microwave with the reserved 1/2 cup of pineapple juice). Mix well and pour into Pyrex dish. Chill until set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
