VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 lbs. beef with bone
1/2 c. onion
2 pieces garlic
2 leaves cabbage, cut up fine
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. carrots
1/4 c. parsley
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 med. potato, peeled
1/4 c. lentils (dry beans)

Clean pieces of meat and bone. Put in onions, garlic, celery and carrots, parsley, lentils, and cabbage. Cover with water. Put in 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Cook at least 3 hours on low flame. When starting soup, lay 1 medium peeled potato in middle of pot and put beef around it, and then put in bone. Add as much water as you want for soup.
