VINEGAR CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts, skinned or 1 cut up chicken, skinned
1 c. water
1 c. vinegar
Crushed red pepper

Place chicken in greased dish. Pour water and vinegar over. Sprinkle with red pepper (very hot - be careful). Bake at 300 degrees for about 2 hours, covered. Uncover last 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
