VINEGAR CHICKEN 
2-3 lb. chicken, cut up in sm. pieces
1 c. chopped parsley
4 cloves garlic
1 (2 oz.) can flat anchovies
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder

Place chicken in greased baking dish. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes or until chicken is golden brown. Remove from oven and place in casserole.

Sauce: Chop anchovies, garlic and parsley together until it resembles a paste.

In skillet place oil from anchovy can plus olive oil and paste and saute for 3 minutes. Add white vinegar and oregano and simmer for 15 minutes. Pour over chicken and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve with loaf of Italian bread.
