“SZEKELY GULYAS” IS IN:

SZEKELY GULYAS 
2 lb. pork, cubed
1 medium onion, minced
2 tbsp. lard or butter
1/2 teaspoon paprika
water
1 1/2 lb. sauerkraut, drained
1 cup dairy sour cream

Sauté onion in lard or butter until golden. Add meat, paprika, and enough water to barely cover pork. Cover and cook over low heat until meat is tender. Add the drained sauerkraut. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until browned. Add sour cream. Heat through without boiling.
