GAZPACHO SOUP 
2 c. tomato juice
2 tomatoes, cut up, peeled
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cucumber, peeled
1/2 green pepper, peeled
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Place all in blender. Process until vegetables are chipped, not liquefied. Chill. If you don't have a blender, mash tomatoes, put cucumber and pepper through grinder; works fine.
