PUMPKIN TEA BREAD | |
3 c. sugar 1 c. Wesson oil 3 eggs 3 c. sifted flour 1/2 tsp. sage 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp. cloves 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. pumpkin (canned) 1 c. chopped nuts Mix together sugar, Wesson oil and eggs. Blend in the eggs one at a time. Sift together flour, sage, baking powder, baking soda, cloves and cinnamon. Add to sugar mixture. Blend in canned pumpkin and nuts. Bake in 2 loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
